Arafat’s Story
When Arafat's uncle was diagnosed with liver cancer, his family believed that his uncle's wife used witchcraft to make him sick. Inspired by this misinformation, Arafat decided to educate people about hepatitis B transmission and works as a medical office in Uganda.
Himanshu’s Story
Himanshu found out about his diagnosis with hepatitis B during a blood donation procedure in India.
Kenneth’s Story
Kenneth took a blood test in a laboratory in Uganda when he found out he tested positive for hepatitis B.
Mariam’s Story

In 2002, Onesphore attempted to donate blood to save lives amidst the Burundian Civil War, only to find out that he had hepatitis B.
